Bill Goldberg and Deion Sanders Reunite at Colorado Through Goldberg's Son

The Former NFL and WWE Stars Cross Paths Again

Former NFL star Deion Sanders and WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg have reunited at the University of Colorado, where both of their sons are now teammates.

Goldberg's son, Gage, is a redshirt freshman defensive lineman for the Buffaloes, while Sanders' son, Shilo, is a true freshman cornerback.

The two fathers have a long history together. They were teammates on the Atlanta Falcons in 1992 and have remained close friends ever since.

In an interview with ESPN, Goldberg said he was excited to see his son and Sanders' son playing together.

"It's going to be a lot of fun," Goldberg said. "They're both great kids and they're both going to be great players."

Sanders echoed Goldberg's sentiments.

"I'm looking forward to seeing them play together," Sanders said. "They're both going to be stars."

Sanders is a 5-foot-11, 180-pound cornerback who was rated as a three-star recruit by 247Sports.com.

Both players are expected to make an immediate impact for the Buffaloes.

Colorado head coach Karl Dorrell is excited to have both players on his team.

"They're both great athletes and they come from great families," Dorrell said. "I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do on the field."
